"Keesh" She is the Founder and CEO of Warrior Women Bnk, Inc a nonprofit organization designated to help women from all different walks of life regroup back into society in a safe and secure environment! Lakeisha wants to HELP!! She's a motivational speaker with humor, compassion, energy, and class. Lakeisha currently provides support to women and their children in need. Lakeisha is an honor graduate who obtained her certification in nursing in Queens, New York. Lakeisha is a beautiful mother of 3, a wife, a teacher, and a friend with a passion to encourage, uplift, strengthen, and empower everyone who crosses her path.
What Inspired Lakeisha, the Founder, to create Warrior Women Bnk, Inc
"I thought about every women that ever had to experience domestic violence abuse. Domestic Violence was first recognized in my home. Growing up as a kid was tough, I remember as a child seeing my dad abuse my mother and not understanding why this was happening to her and nobody was there to save us. My first thoughts were "Is this the way my daddy loved us"! That was a hard pill to swallow. I knew right then I wanted to help people. It was my very own experience that drew my attention to wanting to help women who were being abused.
